Introduction to libxfce4windowing

The libxfce4windowing package contains a windowing concept abstraction library for X11 and Wayland.

Installation of libxfce4windowing

Install libxfce4windowing by running the following commands: 

./configure --prefix=/usr     \
            --sysconfdir=/etc \
            --enable-x11      \
            --disable-debug   &&
make

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user: 

make install

Command Explanations

--enable-gtk-doc: Use this parameter if GTK-Doc is installed and you wish to rebuild and install the API documentation.
