Installation of libssh2

Install libssh2 by running the following commands:

patch -Np1 -i ../libssh2-1.9.0-security_fixes-1.patch &&
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static            &&
make

To test the results, issue: make check. One test, using gnupg, may fail for unknown reasons.

Now, as the root user:

make install

--disable-static: This switch prevents installation of static versions of the libraries.
